Each KDC Jewelry piece is crafted with care and precision.

Custom Nameplate Orders: Please allow 7–10 business days for production before shipping.

In-Stock Items: Ship within 2–3 business days after your order is placed.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We ship both domestically and internationally using trusted carriers.

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: 3–5 business days

International Shipping: 7–14 business days (depending on location and customs clearance)

Free Shipping: On all U.S. orders over $250.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier has scanned your package.

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. KDC Jewelry is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
All international shipments may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@kdcexclusive.com with your order number.
We’ll work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Pre-Orders & Limited Releases
Pre-order and exclusive pieces will display estimated ship dates in the product description. Shipping times begin once the item is produced and quality checked.
